The 3 judge bench of Principal CAT directed the centre to refix the pension of CGEs who retired before 1-1-2006 on the basis of recommendations of 6th CPC. It directed to revise their pension from 1-1-2006 accordingly and pay the arrears within 3 months.(Economic Times 8-11-2011)
