In America, liberty is only a statue

America hoisted liberty statue as a symbol of liberty. But in practice it is proving that the liberty is as symbolic as a statue, not to be available in practice. The NSA(National Security Agency) belonging to the Defense Department of America is observing the private lives of lakhs of its citizens. But President Obama is supporting such surveillance. He stated that the security agencies like NSA, FBI etc are accessing telephone calls, emails, chats, etc of the customers of telecom companies in view of safeguarding the security of its citizens from terrorists.
He stated that this is having the approval of the Congress and the secret courts working under FISA(Foreign Intelligence surveillance Act) and all these are precautionary measures taken in the interest of the security of the country. It is now proved that what Mr Obama told earlier that nobody has been listening your telephone conversation is wrong. When the Senate Intelligence Committee questioned the Director of National Intelligence Mr James Clapper whether there has been surveillance on the citizens of America, he replied that there was no such surveillance. It is now proved that he has given wrong information. Whether it is told by Mr Obama or by somebody else that the surveillance of the citizens is necessary in the interest of the security of the country, it is unconstitutional and violation of fundamental rights.
The threat to the rights of American citizens is coming not from the terrorists, but from the American Capitalist State.
